Birthday celebrations

Today was my birthday and here are some of my gifts . The book  'Native Birds of NZ' is written and photographed from the perspective of a photographer. The book  'A Year in Photography' is a bit like Blipfoto - a photo for everyday of the year from around the world. And the 'Fundamentals  of Photography' is a DVD course in photography from National Geographic. Do you detect a theme running through this?

The children made me cards and wrote  vouchers for what they could do for me to make my day special.
