The problem with salads...

Is that they never quite fit into the bowl and in order to evenly apply the dressing mixing is required! So greens end up on the table!
You can see that I am quite boring when it comes to salads. I really love Ceasar salads and that's what I stick to. Occasionally when they are in season I add tomatoes, but it's winter and vegetables aren't cheap (except squash, godforsaken squash) or ripe.
