Highly decorative towel

Had coffee in town with boyfriend today. Special treat! In the ladies room I saw this. Notice stuck to the tiles (with aged sellotape) above the towel: "This towel is only for decoration! For reasons of hygiene, please use the electric hand-drier opposite".
