taxi-less tunnel

I use Waverley a lot but only today did I realise taxis had been exiled to outside the station...for almost a year! For reasons of 'security', it appears, not an area completely unfamiliar to me.

I suspect if I wanted to bring in something unpleasant and designed to cause damage and death I would not require a taxi to do so. However a wheeled tartan shopping trolley being shunted by an old lady should always be regarded with great suspicion.... ;-)
