Seaside walk

This afternoon we walked along the path to the marina about 3 miles from our hotel. With bright blue sea and sky and the little white blocks of houses in the distant villages at the foot of the mountains, there were lots of photo opportunities. The Bougainville in so many different colours was strong favourite for today's shot, but the cactus growing out of the lava rock won! There are so many different and huge cacti and Palm trees here. We are going to have to do some serious planning if we are going to do this island justice and see more of what it has to offer.
