The best laid plans....

....gang aft agley!

I had planned to catch up on a load of jobs this afternoon seeing as i had to have a half day at home due to getting fibre briadband installed. My back had other ideas when it went out while filing at work.

I've spent the afternoon on the dofa trying to find a comfy position to sit in while enduring frequent painful spasms.

So the only thing available to take a pic of was my pain meds.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day!
