C3 was kind enough to take this picture of our valiant hero.

Skinned knees, sunburn, windburn, and dehydration were some of the terrible experiences of the day, but we got to the top of two munros (don't ask me the names) and had sunshine all the way.

Now I have a chinese take away and a can. Can't beat it.
