Marmalade sponge pudding.

I made this yesterday using my homemade marmalade from last week. It was a Nigella Lawson recipe from her book Kitchen. We had it with custard ( Mr CFJ's favourite ) There was so much leftover that we also had it tonight.... ( I could have frozen the rest..... But.....)
