West Sands

An evening walk along the beach at St Andrews. I was worried that we would be skleped by a sharp wind but instead it was mild and very calm

After the walk we took the dogs to the vet to get their weight checked. Both have been on a diet since early December. Poppy had lost 5.5 kg and Oscar 3kg. The vet was delighted. Have to say, so are we, particularly for Poppykins. Losing the weight has reduced the problems she was having with her legs and she is much more lively on the whole. Another month and she should reach her target weight (24kg)

Back to work tomorrow - boo! I fear I may be doing rather a lot of smiling through clenched teeth.
