Mono Monday - Close Up

Busy - ish day today.  Ironing this morning.  Then this afternoon I walked down to the village   I knew I had a chiropodists appointment in February but I hadn't written the date/time on any of my calendars or in my diary and I had thrown away the appointment slip.  So I popped into the Health Centre to find out the details. Then I went to the bank and Tesco.

This evening it was another walk to the village to go to slimming group.  Tonight we voted for our " Couple of the Year ".  We had 3 pairs to choose from - a lady and her partner and 2 mothers and daughters.  All were worthy of winning - hard to choose between them.    I put on 2 pounds this week.  Must try a bit harder this week and hopefully the scales will show a loss next week.

Today's Mono Monday challenge is " Close Up ".  I snapped Lily - fast asleep this evening.  I had to turn the camera on in another room because as soon as she hears it she usually wakes up and tonight I wanted to capture her asleep.
