Blood Donation

After our two lectures today, Kirstin and I headed to donate blood, both for the first time. Beside from me bleeding into my arm and being bandaged, both of our donations went well. Neither of us felt faint, let alone passed out so I consider it as a success. I've wanted to donate blood for ages, but the last time I went to donate they couldn't open the van to get the equipment out, so I was happy to do it today.

Fortunately, the bandage meant I couldn't write so I used this as a great excuse for a night off of uni work! On the upside, I booked my train to Rory's for the weekend, as I can now go on Thursday due to my lecture on Friday being cancelled.
