Awesome meets Inspirational

I didn't think it possible but Squizzey and I are even more in love with Jillian Michaels after going to her Maximise Your Life tour event at St David's Hall in Cardiff this evening. 

Passionate. Inspiring. Motivational. And you have to love the way she cuts through all the crap and tells it how it is.  

We're all fired up here. Watch out world!
