Filling in the Cracks....

I am not good up a ladder, but needs must so up I went, filling in all the hairline cracks in the house render.
First, mix cement with water to a nice porridge like mixture, then paint it in to the cracks in the render, then allow to dry over night.
I have done all three sides of the house all above the height I like to be at, but never he less they all look good.

While I was up the ladder a small kid asked if I was making it look like an army house, I asked what did he mean as I was stumped as to what he meant?
Then he said it was looking like it was camouflaged, as it was???
