The second-best thing to cuddle

This is one of the beautiful felted hot water bottles made by my mum, and the one I'm cuddling tonight! They're still warm in the morning, it's great (but harder to get up...)!

Today was a normal day in the office, with walks before work and at lunchtime, but after I headed straight back to my parents' for Julian's 25th birthday dinner lovingly cooked by Dad - a chicken dinner with delicious duck-fat potatoes, yum! I had choir so ate fast and missed pudding, but everyone seemed to have enjoyed the evening when I returned. :)
