What a Plank

As I had been notified that tomorrow marks my 5th anniversary blip,* I started thinking about some of the events that have occurred in that time. Pontificating on the future is always such a risky business, but sometimes you just can’t help it. I mean, I can’t. The overthrow of Mubarak and the hopes for the movement for democratic change in Egypt! The western intervention in Libya to topple Gaddafi! What fantastic perceptiveness.

So, Syriza! The triumph of hope over fear. As in, we hope you'll write aff the €250Bn. But as to the underlying problems across Europe; our demands for first world benefits while our productive capacity is in global completion with producers paying third world wages. Hmmm. A bit of a gap there. A large fiscal gap.

Actually, I have a solution. But you'll need to hand me my crown....

As for today, I whisked the boat batteries over to the garage. And come 8pm I went off to meet Señor K'pax for a beer. His boat's in Greece. Well, he thinks it is...
