Day Twenty Six

Roots... Are IMPORTANT.

If a seed is planted in the ground, the first thing it does is grow it's roots before a shoot comes up on the surface.  Everything is happening below the ground for the foundation of successful growth.

This is the analogy I use for Hypnotherapy.  You may not see evidence in the first few sessions, but it doesn't mean nothing is happening.

You are growing your roots into establishing your solution.
