Up early and head off to the Peaks for a weekend away. Jules has booked us in to Horsleygate Hall where we had a lovely sunny weekend this time last year (minus a couple of weeks!). The garden is amazing. The sun's not out this weekend infact its pretty cold, at least I'm not tempted to camp (which John and Al did last year). Stop off at Ade's for a coffee on the way up. So nice to get away especially since I'm broke so Jules is paying for it all. Feel bad about leaving Mac behind but it has to be done.

Chris arrived home this morning. Had a text before he left but its odd not to have heard from him now he's back. Wish I could have gone to pick him up.
