Sometimes....

I have to pinch myself. You never know what is ahead of you in a good and bad way. That was the thought that crossed my mind as I lay flat on the ground in Kowloon Park looking up at palm trees with barbells in my hand.

Also thoughts of my parents who are celebrating 50 years marriage today. They are away in Pitlochry where they went for their honeymoon.
