sour dough
made my starter a couple of Sundays back and this is some of the results of patience and feeding the starter every day and from now on. this is some of the best bread I have ever made no yeast all natural, water, flour then adding seasoning for flavour. if you have the time to do something like this you will never want to buy a loaf of bread from a shop again, you don't have to be a chef to create something so amazing just a little patience and love and the result I cant even put into words.
