yellow rose

We bought these yesterday when D and I did a quick shop while he was off sick. He suggested the yellow roses because it what is quested in the story "On The High Street" by Alice Melvin. It was a good reason to buy some lovely cheery flowers to brighten up a dreary grey day. And if you've not come across Alice Melvin's illustrated books, they are fab! We love the counting birds one too. Beautiful illustrations and quirky wee stories. Perfect for a gift for a pre-schooler/early primary little person.
