Independence

Always the big issue with twins - should they be separated or not? Separate classes in school, different sports and hobbies, separate birthday parties, separate bedrooms etc.

Usually, if you ask them, they will always opt for no separation. However, this one actually came from them, to my surprise: they have asked to have their own personal space within the bedroom, so we have marked off parts of the bunk bed, with "no entry" signs.

Let's see how long this lasts...
