Holocaust Memorial Day

This is a picture I took in 2012 of the one, tiny synagogue left in Barcelona, in what used to be a thriving Jewish area. It's all I could find to share today that was even vaguely appropriate. I very recently found out that I have some Jewish ancestry on my paternal grandmother's side (we think), meaning that Holocaust Memorial Day this year has an extra significance for me.
