Late tea

Tuesday evenings are busy so we didn't sit down to eat until 8.45pm.  My parents are here for a couple of days but have already had some of the bickering that is part and parcel of life  in this house inflicted on them. 

I had hoped to spoil my Dad a bit as he's been laid low with a virus for several weeks, that has made him feel very poorly and tired.
