Prism in the Clouds

At first, I thought something weird was happening to my eyes because of the bright sunlight, but it showed up on the photo, so it must be some sort of atmospheric phenomenon.  The colored clouds were above and below the sun, as well as being on the sides.  I've never seen anything like it....
