Raindrops on a cactus flower

The big cactus flower we had yesterday is slowly closing, turning red  and will be gone by tomorrow. It is food for the lacewings and ants.  The rain we had today is still on the outer petals,  but more flower buds are appearing on the top of the cactus - more flowers will hopefully appear in the next few days
