Bedraggled

It rained and rained and rained this morning.  This Noisy Miner, who I say was actually being quite noisy was cleaning up on spiders, grasshoppers and other bugs in my garden.  I am pleased that it does this but sorry it took quite a large St Andrew's Cross spider.  There are some nastier ones that I think it also got (you know the ones that insist on building their webs across paths so you wind up with spider on you in the dark) and I am very happy about the grasshoppers who are eating all the wrong things (kaffir lime, magnolia etc.)

It has cleared somewhat this afternoon and I even saw patches of some blue sky before the rain returned.  The garden is positively bouncing with all this rain.
