The Back of the Front
The cold front came through with a south-westerly gusting up to 45mph and enough rain to make working in the garden impracticable. But I did buy four bags of seed potatoes from B&Q - Pentland Javelin (First Early) Charlottes x 2 (2nd Early) and King Edwards (maincrop).
Shouldn't really buy them from B&Q but I was there and so were they and they looked so fresh.
The rain got heavier and then stopped and the light changed. I popped down to the Bay and took a photo of the back of the front as it toddled off to France and Belgium. The temperature is now falling.
A couple of other MORE shots at the blog.
