January Moon waxing high in the sky!

Drawing class this morning - pen and ink.  Everybody's was much better than mines:-(  Never mind, maybe I'll produce something that satisfies me at least one day!  Lovely clear sky today but oh sooooooooooo cooooooold!  Compensation - clear sky and large moon. The Moon in a blue sky is my favourite image - if possible framed by silhouetted tree branches.  Not possible today though, because the Moon is too high in the sky and even though I tried from all angles I couldn't capture the trees. I have cropped this verrry slightly and framed it, but otherwise the sensor has captured it exactly how my eyes saw it.
