Winter Returneth

I was very glad I had dressed for the weather today as the predicted snow arrived just as school finished and by the time I had left the campus the roads on the estate were causing real problems for traffic and, when I reached the main road/hill in Allerton, a bus was well and truly stuck.   I guessed that my bus wouldn't be arriving and set off to walk home.  Traffic quickly became gridlocked so the decision was a good one, but my dicky knee is now worse and probably means a doctor's appointment...and no pilates this evening.  My blip is taken between the next village of Wilsden and our village, thankfully in sight of home!
