Julie and I go back years. We went to school together and have kept in contact even though we live miles apart. One of the bonuses of getting to travel in my job is that once in a while I get to stay in Newcastle where she lives. So after a busy day at work it was great to catch up with her over a quick drink this evening.

And now it's starting to snow again.
