The Weather

It’s been this and that today!!  10am lots of lovely, but threatening, pink clouds;   10.30am a dark sky with a perfect full rainbow (couldn’t capture it all);   10.45am pitch black, gale force winds and lashing rain;  11am gale force winds and a very blue sky with puffy white clouds scudding about and the birds having a bit of a challenge on the bird feeders!! 
 
1pm,   and I’m out to lunch with friend, another Nicky, at The Farm.  Once we battled the winds to get into the lovely Farmhouse Restaurant we enjoyed a long lunch, lots of chat in the warm with the log burner going full throttle.  Home again about 4pm and we’ve had a very short flurry of snow.
 

It’s been a very bizarre day, weather wise and at 7pm the wind is still howling.
