Alfie

My Mum visited today with Alfie.

Lola and Alfie are learning to behave when they are inside together, it takes a few mins to calm them initially but they're getting better.

Just as well as Lola is going there tomorrow with Aiden while I'm out at Parents Evening with Blaine.

Had a rubbish day as far as staying on Low Carbs is concerned, just couldn't be bothered to plan and that was the problem. Tomorrow is another day........but it's also weighing day, not expecting a great difference if any because of today's fail.
