GAINSBOROUGH'S HOUSE

We walked the dogs this morning, it was bitterly cold and very windy. After we had warmed up with a cup of coffee we drove into Sudbury (Suffolk)
We visited Gainsborough's House. We enjoyed the temporary exhibition of Samuel William Fores. Satirist : Caricatures from the Reform Club.
The rooms of the house take a theme around the life and art of Thomas Gainsborough. The house is impressive and the rooms are large.

We had lunch in a small restaurant before returning home. An enjoyable day.
