Shoulder power

Busy day as usual, then out for an early dinner with a couple of Co workers.  It was nice to do that, I've not wanted to socialise with work mates for a long time.  Even plan to start a local palates class with them from next week.  This picture shows the sparkles on one of the girls shoulder.  And I have to say I think it's a reflection of the way I see her, as a new member of my team, she is lightening my load, and giving me more reason to focus on building a better team.
