Gratin Snails

The Fludyers in Felixstowe has now become the local restaurant of choice for us. The old pub has had a large sum of money invested in the hotel, bar and restaurant.

The food served is second to none, the service and staff are brilliant.

Tonight was the Gourmet French Evening and every course was brilliantly executed. Gratin Snails, lobster and scallop ravioli, Duck Brest, a baked vacerin concluding with a Gateau St Honare. I really need to diet.
