I finally figured out the Adjustment Brush in Lightroom! Or, rather, I saw a video tutorial that was quite clear. It helped me take out some distractions from the background. It was while I was watching the video that I came down with the horrible headache that took me out for a day and a half, so I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone. But I got some good information.
