Abstract

Busy day. It was the first day of trainees having to hand in their language analysis sheets with their lesson plans. We had to observe 3 x 45 lesson plans, back to back, in the afternoon and write up the usual minute for minute Fb live on each one (2 pages usually), as well as marking their 3 page plan and language sheets. We usually have a 15 min break in the middle, but we're having to make up for the Sunday public holiday and so a few days are a bit tight! What a difference those 15 mins make. Group verbal feedback starts just 30 mins after the classes, so just time to finish things off, prioritise each trainees' action points, chat about the lesson grades with my colleague and then straight into FB. We were tired at the end of the day today!

We needed comfort food and found it in the buffet of the hotel across the square tonight.
