Warm

I like being warm. The weather is getting cooler now, and in the old place (that we demolished), we'd have had every source of warmth fired up by now. But look! That temperature is with no heating at all. Love it!

We went for a bike ride this morning, trying to get the girls' confidence up, and also get used to riding on the roads. They did really well. I really need to go more often to not get a sore butt!

We then went for lunch at one of our oldest friend's place. Totally chilled afternoon with loads of laughs. We were only missing one of the original 5 that made up our close circle at school...he's been eaten by a horrid wife, so we don't see him We're not her sort of people, which I'm quite glad about. It's strange how life moves on.
