Royal Palms and Blue Skies

We are experiencing extraordinary weather with temperatures in the high 60's. The Floridians consider this cold and are bundled up in jackets, while we consider it heavenly and are wearing shorts and t-shirts.

After yesterday's tangle with the local authorities, I was feeling quite rebellious and took my camera out again for a walk late this afternoon along the golf course trails. I have tried several times to get a good shot of the beautiful Royal Palms that line the residential streets here, but none of my shots really captured it well, so instead here are a few of the Royal Palms on the golf course, with a little bit of moon shining through as a bonus, (if you look closely.)

We had a wonderful lunch at Super Chef Daniel Boulud's restaurant in Palm Beach and then spent a couple of hours in the Norton Museum of Art. We enjoyed three special exhibits: Master Prints: Durer to Matisse Prints, Picasso's Muses and A Century of Fashion Photography at Conde Nast.

I apologize for getting so far behind on commenting and responding and hope to catch up soon.
