Long day ahead

I am feeling stiff, sore and awkward this morning after yesterdays tumble, bits of me are strange hues of purple and blue.

Working is going to be tough today, the thought of being on my feet all day is not very nice. Nevermind, just get on with it!

I think I will go to the cinema tonight..... Sitting down all evening will be good!
