Useless

So. Not that much snow but enough to grind this city to a halt. Again. Why can't the UK function in normal, winter weather? It's just embarrassing. And frustrating.

30min wait for a bus. Got on the slow bus as it was the only one that turned up. 25 mins later we'd made it 2miles before becoming gridlocked. I abandon that bus in favour of a different one but fall on the ice, twanging my knee. At which point I give up and wait for another bus home.

Very little sign of gritting, meaning roads have solid ice under the thin snow and eejits blocking the road because they can't drive in the stuff.

2 missed meetings, a sore knee and more time wasted. At least the cat's happy that I'm working from home...
