Not what you think!

At first glance this window, identical to the one beside it, looks nothing out of the ordinary. It faces the lane on the side of an Edwardian cottage. But a closer look reveals it be a painting on a flat wall, a trompe l'oeil. The picture is a reflection of the view out across the lane, and the blind and the curtains are the finishing touches. Elsewhere on the cottage is a painted door. It has been there for many years - I hope they never paint it over.
