We went filming in Osuna , near Sevilla, a pioneering co-operative "1881" which has grown from 37 members in 1959 to 500 today, and likewise has transformed their production into high-quality, award-winning oils, increasing earnings for its members, and sustaining the town and surrounding areas.
I was introduced to one of the workers there, very kind smile. They told me he is the person who knows everything about Spanish olive oil!
