Demon Run

Well today was my first run in 3 years and I decide to make my comeback with the 10 Mile Demon run! It, an off road run through rivers, mud woodland and the like! On arrival we were told that they had reduce the length of run due to vandals putting glass on some parts of the route. This is Glasgow, glass on the route would make it more Demon like! Anyway as you can see, I embraced the mud side of this challenge!

The day was nicely rounded of by Maggie, me and few of our friends from BMF having a spot of lunch, followed by a few beers and culminating in one of the things you are meant to do in Glasgow, do the karaoke in the Horseshoe Bar!
