Leipäjuusto.

Leipäjuusto (known also as Finnish squeaky cheese) is yummy. I have always loved it's taste. Maybe because of it is a traditional delicacy at Kainuu (a region at Finland where Puolanka is located and where I'm born + all my relatives live). Or maybe I just like the squeasy sound of the leipäjuusto when it's bitten. =)
