A Family portrait 1883

A birthday present from my friend An, the geneologist who  just sent me this old photo of my mormon relatives. The patriarch of the family was William maxwell pictured on the far left next to one of his 4 wives. He had a great many children including my Great grandmother, Lillias. She is in the center of the photo next to her husband Will and holding her daughter Daphne. (I remember stories about Great Aunt Daphne) . I  see a resemblance between Lillias and my mother, and myself  When I saw this photo I thought it was me at a younger age sitting there.
Grandma had not yet been born at this time.
The family "secret' or mystery that Uncle Bill used to tease about, but was forbidden to say, I believe is sitting the third from the left, Jack (an Indian) which Grandma did not want us to know about for some reason.
Not sure where Pleasanton, New mexico territory is located but i just watched a documentary about Wyatt Earp and the OK Corral in Tombstone. Same year... The wild wild west!!
