The Delights of the Rocky Shore.

Returning to the rocks, I couldn't help but notice the bare areas where Limpets have grazed, the empty Barnacle shells where Dog Whelks have dined, and the young Fucus, able to survive by holding onto the barnaces, well away from the grazed rock surface. So much happening underwater, in such a small area!
