Tomato Surprise

This tomato & 2  more are growing on what is suppose to be a dead plant from last year.  This plant is setting in a pot &  dried up but when I when out to tear it up & throw it away there were some green vines on the end of broken dried up broken vines with tomatoes on them.  It is amazing to me the survival & reproductive program of plants.
