Taking Jane .....

..... up the monument.


I've had a fun day out with Jane today. We met up in the East end and had a potter around Brick Lane and Shoreditch followed by a visit to the Monument ( which Jane had not been up before ). It was a tad blowy at the top but worth the climb and frozen hands for the cracking view up there.

After the monument we had a walk along the river, a chat with Ben Wilson ( the chewing gum artist ) and a look around Tate Modern. It's been a fun day ( thanks Jane ) and I've added a few more photos here, but today's blip is .....
