Happy but tired!

This pretty much sums up how tired I am! I am impressed I managed to remember to post!

Good day today though! I handed in my notice at asda, very satisfying! And then went into town to sign my contracts for my new job!

I decided to treat myself whilst I was in town and pop into my favourite shop in granger market. It's called Mmmm... and sells lots of interesting and unusual ingredients for food such as odd pastas, jar of all sorts, flours and spices. I like to go in and buy one interesting thing and then base a meal around it when I can afford too! :)

So I bought a little jar of garlic mayo with mint! I have a few plans for it which I might blip but I am looking forward to a bit of proper cooking over the next few days. But tonight I was just too tired!

I also bought a curry spice mix which I plan on making tomorrow, I bought all the veg and other ingredients I needed whilst in the market and will use fresh ginger for the first time ever! Something to look forward to!

But for now I'm going back to bed! I woke up at 4am today and couldn't help but fall asleep for a bit earlier but I've woken up and got into my pjs so I'm now going to be properly and looking forward to a lazy day round the house tomorrow :)
